“At the request of the investigators, the Soviet District Court of the city of Bryansk, a special communications officer who committed a series of crimes on September 19, 2019, was taken into custody,” the regional SK said in a statement.
The arrest period is two months.
Earlier it became known that in Bryansk during the attack on the special communications department on the night of September 20, two special communications officers were shot dead.
A colleague suspected of their murder was later detained.
