The Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has estimated the precautionary measures requested by the Impulso Ciudadano entity and asks the Catalan president, Quim Torra, to remove the banner calling for the "freedom" from the facade of the Palace of the Generalitat "of the" political prisoners and exiles ".
