“The causes and circumstances of the incident are being clarified,” the report says.

Earlier it was reported that employees of the Ministry of Emergencies and the prosecutor's office in April 2018 found seven fire safety violations at the Grand Park shopping center in the center of Grozny.

According to a representative of the department, a fine was issued in connection with violations.
