“The Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation is reliably protected from any aggressive“ plans ”being developed in Europe by vagrant American generals,” RIA Novosti reports.

As indicated in the ministry, the capabilities of the air defense system in the Kaliningrad region to detect and track “are well known to all NATO pilots approaching” the Russian air borders.

Earlier, American General Jeffrey Lee Harrigyan said that Washington has a plan to overcome the air defense system in Kaliningrad in the event of Russian “aggression”.

As the Kaliningrad governor noted, he does not advise the American side to take risks and attack the region.

Commenting on the words of the general, the Russian Foreign Ministry emphasized that they qualify such statements as absolutely irresponsible.
