Despite a draw conceded in Orleans on Friday during the 8th day of Ligue 2, Le Havre took the first provisional place in front of Troyes, who has chained a fourth success, and Lorient, who plays Monday against Rodez.

The first place will not make the happiness of the Havers: they have again lost points against a misclassified opponent. After a draw against the red lantern Paris FC on the previous day, it was Orleans, 17th at the kickoff, which held in check the Normans at the stage of the Source (2-2).

Led twice, Le Havre relied on the inevitable Tino Kadewere, author of his 10th league goal of the season, the third on penalty (42) and Jamal Thiaré (71) to return to the score.

Le Havre double certainly Lorient at the top of the standings but unlike goal and before the game of Merlus Monday against the Rodéziens.

Troyes took the opportunity to recover by going 2-1 win at Auxerre at the very end of an extremely tense game with six yellow cards and a red for the Auxerrois Le Bihan. This fourth success of rank makes them rise to the third place, in equality of points (16) with the first two.

Valenciennes, outnumbered for more than half-time, failed to win against Niort (1-1) and lost the spot on the podium but remains one point ahead of Clermont, who resumed his before against Paris FC (2-0) after three games without a win.

In the other meetings, Chambly enters the rank with a new heavy defeat, in Nancy (3-0). The defense of the Oise players, after six days without taking a goal, has conceded seven in two games.

The Nancéiens were not disturbed by the closing of the Piantoni tribune, decided after the homophobic songs against Le Mans during the 4th day of Ligue 2.

Nothing goes either for Guingamp, who dropped to Sochaux (3-1) and Le Mans, who lost 4-2 at home against AC Ajaccio despite the opener.

Le Mans is currently barragiste, just in front of Chateauroux. After seven days without any goal, the Castelroussins had finally found the net, and in what way! A direct return corner of Romain Grange opened the scoring against Grenoble (44th) but Moussa Djitté then equalized (66th).

The 8th day continues Saturday with the match between Caen, 16th, and Lens, 13th, before the last match between Lorient, leader before the start of the day, and Rodez, 7th.
