Orenburg (AP) - In the presence of Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin, Russia has held its largest military maneuver this year with soldiers from China, India and other countries. On the training area Dongus practiced 128 000 military personnel, including 1500 from China, with modern weapons technology. The joint exercise called "Zentr-2019" shows that Russia and China are "side by side", said Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. There was a "big plan for cooperation" between the two countries, it said in a statement.
