Berlin (AFP) The Federal Government is planning a national emissions trading system for traffic and buildings for more climate protection. According to a cornerstone paper of the coalition of Friday, a price scale is planned, which should rise from ten euros per ton of CO2 in 2021 to at least 35 euros in 2026. From 2026, a maximum emission amount should be set, which will then be lower annually.
