Prosecutor Andreas Nyberg filed charges on Friday morning against the 30-year-old man suspected of a murder and three cases of attempted murder late on the evening of January 23 this year.

According to the indictment, there were two groups that sued in the parking lot where the shooting took place. The prosecutor believes the 30-year-old armed himself with a sharply charged 9 millimeter pistol prior to the meeting.

Two killing shots

In the parking lot, according to the prosecution, he must have fired at least eight shots. A 19-year-old man died after being hit by two shots, one in the head and one in the chest, each of the shots alone being enough to cause the man's death.

Three murder attempts

In addition to the dead 19-year-old, three more people were hit by bullets at the shooting - two suffered life-threatening injuries. One got a shot in the head, the other hit in the back. The third person was hit by a shot in the arm.

The trial against the suspected 30-year-old begins Oct. 1, the man refuses a crime.
