“The military personnel of the missile compound of the Central Military District destroyed a target imitating a critical target enemy’s target using a cruise missile of the Iskander complex,” RIA Novosti reports.
It is also noted that the military fulfilled the standards for the transfer of the complex from marching to combat position and reloading missiles at launchers.
As specified in the department, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of hitting a target, the Orlan-10 UAV was used.
Earlier it was reported that the Iskander-M complexes, which were deployed to Kazakhstan as part of the Center-2019 exercises, struck the conditional terrorist camp.
Military expert Yuri Knutov in an interview with Nation News praised the Center-2019 exercises.
