Marine Le Pen said Thursday accept the five minutes of time ceded to the RN by the ex-LREM MP Matthew Orphelin for the debate on immigration to the Assembly but continued to denounce a "fundamental problem for our democracy."

Nevertheless, according to her, "this demonstrates the fundamental problem of our democracy, that is to say that on a debate on immigration, the first party in France, which alerts the French on the subject of immigration since 30 years under objectively the insults and contempt of the entire political class, did not even have a second of speaking time ".
"In reality, the power will decide when I have the right to speak and when I do not have the right to speak, I'm sorry but I, in terms of democratic functioning, it does not suit me and it does not go no longer to my millions of voters, "she insisted.
"There is a problem with our voting system, the National Assembly is not representative," criticized Marine Le Pen, whose party has long claimed the proportional.

The non-attached elected representatives were given five minutes of speaking time, but it was Matthieu Orphelin's turn, and not the members of the RN, to benefit this time.
The debate on immigration, without a vote, is being organized on September 30 in the National Assembly and on October 2 in the Senate, as Emmanuel Macron wanted.
