Accompany the first 1,000 days of a child ... and especially his parents. This is the goal of the government, which has just given the child psychiatrist Boris Cyrulnik a mission to put all this together. A global approach"
This course will of course have "a medical aspect," he explains, adding that France is already rather leader in this area. The objective is rather to "further support them by giving them information, advice, benchmarks to help them" because "50% of parents tell us that it is hard to be a parent".
