“The Verkhovna Rada decides: to terminate ahead of schedule the powers of the entire Central Election Commission,” the Voice of Ukraine publication said.
It is noted that the decision comes into force from the date of its adoption.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada early terminated the authority of the CEC of Ukraine, the corresponding proposal was supported by 341 deputies.
On September 12, former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko called the decision to dissolve the CEC politically motivated.
