This was reported by Kommersant with reference to a copy of the recall signed by Deputy Prime Minister Konstantin Chuychenko.

According to the deputies who prepared the document, this initiative is aimed at ensuring public order and the rights of citizens to peace and relaxation in places of residence.

According to the publication, this bill could lead to the closure of about 10 thousand establishments throughout the country, in particular, outlets for the sale of beer.

The government noted that the initiative could adversely affect the profitability of bona fide market participants, as well as lead to the closure of establishments, a decrease in entrepreneurial activity and the level of competition, therefore, the Cabinet urged to finalize this document.

Earlier, the Deputy Minister of Health of Russia Oleg Salagai said that the bill of the Ministry of Health on the prohibition of selling alcohol to young people under the age of 21 was approved by the majority of federal departments.
