Terms of reference of the Center

The law gave the Irada a range of powers, including: Participating in the development of policies and strategic plans for the treatment and rehabilitation of addiction in the Emirate, in coordination with the Dubai Health Authority and the competent authorities, and the preparation and development of specialized programs in all matters related to the fight against addiction, treatment and rehabilitation In accordance with the best international practices in this regard, and to provide treatment and rehabilitation services of addiction to the will and depositors, whether adults or minors, in accordance with the possibilities available at the Center and the accredited The law and decisions issued pursuant thereto, and in accordance with applicable legislation and policies adopted in the emirate.

According to the law, the Center specializes in providing a healthy, safe and favorable environment for the willers and depositors, and integrating them into the community, through the integrated programs of care, training and empowerment organized by the Center in coordination with the competent authorities, and the establishment of partnerships with local, regional and international bodies specialized in the field of work of the Center, and coordination with them in the Preparing and qualifying national cadres specialized in the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of addiction, and coordinating in this regard with the competent authorities and other relevant bodies inside and outside the State, as well as Ed studies and specialized research in this area, and benefit from the results and outcomes in achieving the goals of the center.

The Center has the right to organize seminars, conferences, courses, training programs and workshops related to its work, issue publications and publications that contribute to achieving its objectives, and import drugs, equipment and equipment for the treatment and rehabilitation of addiction after obtaining the necessary approvals and permits from the competent authorities, and keeping them in the appropriate places, and coordination with the Court.
