Klitschko instructed to conduct a large-scale audit in Kiev

It is noted that for the audit, the mayor of Kiev turned to the State Audit Service.

“I am writing to you to conduct ... a check and analysis of the actual state of affairs regarding the legal and effective use of utilities and property, other assets, the correctness of accounting and the reliability of financial statements, the functioning of the internal control system,” the message says.

Earlier, the deputy of the ruling Ukrainian party “Servant of the People”, Alexander Tkachenko, called on the country's Prime Minister Alexei Goncharuk to initiate an audit of the activities of Klitschko and the capital’s administration.

On September 4, the Ukrainian Cabinet approved the dismissal of Vitali Klitschko from the post of chairman of the Kiev City State Administration (Kyiv City State Administration).
