Since 16-year-old Greta Thunberg sat down outside Sweden's parliament in August 2018 to achieve a climate strike, more and more children and young people around the world have followed her example.

In more than a hundred different countries, demonstrations have been held to get politicians to limit carbon dioxide emissions and live up to the climate agreements.

"Can't think of anyone better"

The night towards Tuesday, Swedish time, she received Amnesty's award "Ambassador of conscience award". The organization calls the award its finest award.
