FSB detained two schooners from North Korea after attacking border guards
Border guards detained two schooners in the Sea of Japan who were engaged in poaching, including the one whose crew attacked the border guards.
“Both vessels are detained,” TASS quoted the FSB of Russia as saying.
Earlier, the department reported that in the area of the Quito-Yamato bank, two North Korean schooners and 11 motorbots that were engaged in poaching were discovered.
One schooner was detained, the crew of the second (more than 45 people) carried out an armed attack by Russian border guards.
As a result of the incident, three soldiers were injured.
