In the decision of the IVO, the Inspection for Health and Care, they write that the doctor has failed in his caution to print the drug-classified tablets as well as in the record keeping. Therefore, they are now criticizing the doctor.
In her opinion, the doctor says that she is not currently working and is only treating her closest relatives. She also states that she will no longer prescribe the drug in question and that she has previously been careful about printing similar preparations.
