Temperatures will go from 10 to 14 degrees on the northern half in the morning and will reach 35 degrees in the Gard and Vaucluse in the afternoon.

The weather on Tuesday will give rise to bright spells on the northern half and summer weather in the south, with high temperatures, according to a Météo-France bulletin published Monday.

North of the Loire to Alsace, the sky will be very cloudy or overcast, with some mists or fog banks quickly dissipating near the Channel. In contrast, north of the Seine, thinnings will develop during the day with however lower temperatures than the previous days. In the afternoon, these clearings will dominate the northern half, with some resistant clouds from Brittany to the Center, to Burgundy and Alsace.

Up to 35 degrees in the Gard and Vaucluse

To the south, the weather will be summer. A slight morning gloom will be quickly dissipated on the Aquitaine coast, some cloudy banks will drag on the Côte d'Azur, and cumulus will be present in the mountains, may very occasionally go to the downpour on the Pyrenees. Elsewhere the sun will prevail from morning to evening and it will be hot in the afternoon.

In the morning, temperatures will range from 10 to 14 degrees in the northern half and 13 to 20 degrees in the south. In the afternoon, it will be between 18 and 27 degrees north of the Loire and the Grand Est, from 28 to 33 degrees south and locally 34 or 35 degrees in the Gard and Vaucluse.
