The man is also charged with eight further counts of fraud, abusive photography and homicide.

The crimes must have been committed in Hälleforsnäs in Flens Municipality. Two cases of sexual misconduct must have occurred on train journeys when the man must have exposed himself and performed sexual acts on himself.

Other cases of sexual misconduct have, according to the prosecution, proceeded in a similar way but occurred at different addresses in Flens municipality.

"It is about girls and women from the age of eleven to the age of 80," says Ola Björstrand, deputy chief prosecutor at the Nyköping Prosecutor's Office.

Filmed in changing room

The man is also charged with multiple cases of offending photography when he is suspected of filming and photographing women in locker rooms.

The man is also prosecuted for home peace crimes and unlawful as he must have stood outside people's windows and looked inside. According to the indictment, the man must at one time have looked into a home of a woman who fed his child and should then have "stood on a table to better see into NN's home".

On another occasion, the man should have looked in through a window at a family eating food.

- There are a large number of suspicions, but my claim is that this is a person who seems to have the inclination to approach unknown people and do these actions. It follows that a large number of people are affected, says Ola Björstrand.

Denies sexual harassment

According to the indictment, the man denies all allegations of sexual misconduct but pleads guilty to several cases of abusive photography.
