According to the newspaper El Tiempo, the plane crashed in a residential quarter of the city of Popayan in western Colombia after several minutes of flight. Information about the cause of the crash is not given.
It is clarified that the victims were taken to the nearest medical facilities.
Earlier in the Philippines, seven people died as a result of the crash of a small plane.
