According to the judgment of the Kalmar District Court, Mustafa Türkkan should "immediately leave the premises".

The conflict between Mustafa Türkkan, the owner of the street kitchen, and the municipality of Oskarshamn has been about the municipality wanting to demolish Mustafa Türkkan's street kitchen in the center to make room for parking spaces. But Mustafa Türkkan believes that the termination of his lease was not right and has therefore refused to relocate, he believes that the compensation room offered by the municipality has too high rental cost.
Mustafa Türkkan should have left the premises in October last year which he did not, in January the municipality of Oskarshamn filed a lawsuit against the owner and in August negotiations were held in Kalmar district court between the parties.
Oskarshamnare has been involved in the matter and several thousand people have signed their name on a protest list to preserve the street kitchen.
