16 September 2019There are five exit permits from the penal institution where it is restricted, granted to the young 18 year-old convicted of the murder of vigilante Francesco Della Corte. One used it to support an audition for a Benevento football club. In another he had lunch with his family in a restaurant in the same municipality where the juvenile prison where he is serving his sentence is located and where he began a rehabilitation process which, according to the vigilante family, would not have yet produced fruit.

Whenever the young man left his cell, as required by law, he was always accompanied by an escort. Annamaria Della Corte, widow of Don Ciccio (so the murdered security guard was called by his friends) during an interview with Ansa after the "scandal photo" of the celebrations for the coming of age (which went around of the web, ed), he stressed that, so far, there had been no sign of repentance in both the boy and his family.

The newly eighteen-year-old, with two other young men, took bolts and reduced Franco della Corte on March 3, 2018. The guard died in the hospital, after 12 days of agony, leaving his wife and two children. For his other two accomplices, however, according to reports, they have so far not been granted exit permits from the juvenile prisons of Naples and the province where they are.
