“The damage caused by the Amur flood in 2019 was estimated at more than 6 billion rubles,” TASS reports from the regional authorities.
The Amur Region also plans to introduce construction restrictions in areas that are at risk of flooding.
Earlier it became known that the authorities will allocate more than 40 billion rubles until 2023 to restore the infrastructure of the Irkutsk region affected by the flood.
