The Commercial Court of Evry decided on Monday the liquidation of the French airline Aigle Azur, leaded by the debts, with a continuation of the activity until September 27, but will accept new offers of recovery until Wednesday midnight , announced Monday its president.
"Today the offers have not been satisfactory enough, the court has asked for an improvement in offers" that can be postponed "until Wednesday midnight" and will be reviewed on September 23 by the court, told reporters Sonia Arrouas after an in camera hearing Monday, stating that the deliberation would be made "no later than September 27".
