She believes that there is a time of general interest in self-care.
- The mushroom is good to extend the season with, so that you can pick your own food even in the fall.
The exhibition at Fredriksdal runs until September 22 and will show a total of around 400 different fungal species.
- But only about 50 of them are edible, Karin Hjelmér points out.
