A 10-year-old girl resisted an Arab waitress who tried to harass her in the elevator after sneaking into her building in the Mirdif area.
The victim said that she was accompanied by her younger sister in a shop in her apartment complex, and then went to her house, and the defendant came and asked her about her name, age and her apartment number. He tried to pull her out of her arm but held onto the door, then tried to kiss her but resisted him, and out of fear she told her mother what happened the next day.
The victim's father reported that he had seen the video of the surveillance cameras, which recorded the details of the crime and the accused was seen tracking the child, trying to push him from the elevator, while looking at the cameras and then trying to kiss and flee.
