“As a result of a complex of adverse weather phenomena in the Khabarovsk Territory, in the flood zone, there are 11 municipalities with partial flooding of territories in 93 settlements,” the Ministry of Emergencies said.
It is clarified that 659 private residential buildings and more than 1.7 thousand household plots are flooded in 63 settlements.
On August 5, in all areas of the Khabarovsk Territory, an emergency mode was announced due to floods.
On September 13, the airport was closed in Komsomolsk-on-Amur due to flooding of the runway.
