Extreme travel forced participants through forests and over obstacles

2019-09-15T16:17:14.572Z

On Sunday, a so-called Mudrace was conducted outside Odensbacken. The runners, among other things, had to get through a water barrier and pull on ropes.

The competition is held for the fourth year and almost 70 people participated. The eight kilometer long track went through woods and over fields.

Mudrace means about a race through clay. Especially muddy, however, were not the runners who ran in goals at Sandvad's sports cabin, on the other hand both wet and tired.

- It's a little dirty and it's fun, says Frida Nilsson, who took the bronze.
