The Sharjah Misdemeanor Court has tried a case in which a woman of Asian nationality was charged with another death threat. She sent correspondence to her that included abusive language and death threats through WhatsApp.

Details of the case go back to the date of July 29, when the complainant demanded a wage of two months late from the accused company where it works, as the defendant refused to give her rights, and the victim informed her that she would file a complaint, through correspondence between the parties through the program «WhatsApp», As a result, she accused her of insulting her and threatening her with death if she requested her dues, even if she did not retract a complaint against her, prompting her to open a police report.

The court heard the complainant's statements, which confirmed that she was working with the accused, and her salary was delayed for two months, noting that she demanded her right naturally, but declined to give her salary, pointing out that she sent her text messages via «WhatsApp» asking her for the money involved, after That she became not answering her calls.

She added that she had not received any money from her, noting that she told her that she would resort to filing a complaint against her. She threatened to kill her and sent her abusive language if she did so or asked for her money again.

Faced with the charges, the court denied the charge and said it did not threaten her, and that what was between them contained only financial claims, and did not contain insults or death threats.

The court asked the complainant to provide her with a copy of the talks, and to translate them into Arabic, to be included in the case file, and postponed the case until September 30 to enable her to do so.
