The justice will study Monday two projects of recovery of the airline Aigle Azur, a "combined offer" of Air France and the group Dubreuil and that, competitor, of a "foreign carrier", said Sunday the French secretary of state responsible for Transport.

"There are two offers under discussion: a combined offer of French air carriers, and an offer from a foreign carrier," said Jean-Baptiste Djebbari on the CNews television channel.

The Secretary of State then clarified that the two French actors were "Air France" and "Dubreuil group, through a subsidiary called French bee", which "it seems, are able to do a common proposal ".

"I hope that the maximum number of jobs will be preserved and we will rather take the path," he continued. "We will try (..) to avoid liquidation, insofar as it would weaken the fate of employees."

"I hope we can save 90% of jobs or more," he said, assuring that "the state is fully mobilized, including repatriations" for tourists who could not return because of the abrupt cessation of the company's activity.

The commercial court of Evry, in the suburbs of Paris, examines Monday morning the offers of recovery for Aigle Azur, facing a financial stalemate.

In all, 14 offers were made for the airline which, with 11 aircraft, carried 1.88 million passengers last year - mainly to Algeria, but also Lebanon, Portugal, Russia, Brazil or Mali.

The company employs 1,150 people, including 800 in France and 350 in Algeria.
