The match ended 2-2, which should be seen as a good result for Gothenburg. Since then, the arena has been used for numerous sporting events, but also quite different activities. Not least concerts. The most famous is probably the one that threatened the very existence of the stadium, Bruce Springsteen in 1985, when the whole construction came into self-oscillation.
After that, Ullevi was rebuilt, and secured. In 2011, the arena was rebuilt again, then to increase the capacity to 75,000 at concerts. In the pictures above you can see what it looked like when the arena was completed in 1958.
