According to him, for these purposes, it will be necessary to allocate more than 20 billion rubles from the budget.

“The total budget expenditures of the budget system of Russia will amount to 20.9 billion rubles, including 5.8 billion rubles from the federal budget and 15.1 billion rubles from regional budgets,” Topilin said.

At the same time, expenses of organizations in the real sector of the economy will amount to 20.8 billion rubles.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Labor set the minimum wage for 2020 in the amount of 12,130 rubles.
