The decision was mainly opposed by deputies of the European Solidarity and Golos factions.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine received Zelensky’s submission on the early termination of powers of the entire existing composition of the CEC.
The commission itself announced the political motivation for the dissolution.
