On its website, the CDC writes that all those affected have used e-cigarettes or the equivalent before the lung disorders were discovered. It is emphasized that you do not know exactly what is behind it, but those affected are found throughout 36 US states.

They have also failed to associate any specific product or substance, but they do not recommend using e-cigarettes until you know more. Above all, the authority warns against modifying them or buying them on the black market.

Several deaths

The CDC also writes that six deaths in the United States are linked to e-cigarettes, but you are not sure exactly what caused the deaths.

On Thursday, US President Donald Trump announced a ban on flavored e-cigarettes and inhalers. The ban is expected to be introduced in the fall.

"At that time, all e-cigarettes in addition to those with a tobacco flavor must have been removed from the market," said United States Health Minister Alex Azar in a press conference.
