The uncle of the mayor of Móstoles , Héctor Posse, has officially resigned this morning as administrative technical director of Sports, a position to which his niece, Noelia Posse , had promoted him and that entailed a salary increase of 1607 euros per month.
Posse has submitted his resignation to the rise in the Consistory registry this morning, according to municipal sources after the controversy generated.The official will return to his position as administrative assistant in Culture. Municipal sources today valued their "undeniable and faultless trajectory."
The resignation comes one day after the governor was forced to revoke the appointment of her sister, Laura Posse , whom she had signed to take the social networks of the City Council for 52,000 euros, after the regional PSOE demanded it and after receiving criticism from his own party, from his government partners, from the opposition and even from his neighbors.
Héctor Posse had previously worked as an assistant in the area of Culture. The mayor always defended her promotion and insisted that her curriculum was faultless.
