Gref, speaking at the Moscow Financial Forum, noted that policemen can raise their salaries 3-4 times, while reducing their numbers.
“We can drastically reduce budget spending today. We can increase the salary by the same policemen three, four times, and accordingly reduce them, they are not needed in such quantity, ”Gref said.
The head of Sberbank also said that Russia needs officials of a "different quality", and a reduction in their number is not necessary.
