It was at two o'clock during the night that a group of four men lined up a car outside Sjöbris restaurant at the quay in Umeå and got into the boat and stole a dozen bottles of liquor.
- The staff noticed the thieves and then they fled the scene. They ran toward the car and dropped some of the goods and tear-started and left, says partner Lars Knutsson.
"The thieves managed to infect a residential area"Knutsson says that a police patrol who was in the center picked up the chase for the car that came with full light and drove just too fast.
- But the thieves managed to throw in a residential area and get away, but both our staff and the police registered the number of the car. So we have good hopes that everything will work out, the partner continues.
Last spring, a similar theft happened at the restaurant. Then the thieves broke a box and also stole vodka bottles. Lars says that they have secured, with staff who work for almost 24 hours and clean and keep track of.
How are the staff?
- There is no danger with them, they were more annoyed that they had not seen the thieves before. But the staff made a good effort, who jumped up and watched them.
