“An attempt to deprive the co-chair of the EU faction Irina Gerashchenko of the right to participate in meetings of the Verkhovna Rada demonstrates a rather alarming tendency to curtail democracy in Ukraine,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
According to him, by such actions of the deputies of the Rada they are trying to deprive of opportunities for legislative work.
He noted that he had already discussed the situation with the delegation of the World Congress of Ukrainians.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada committee recommended temporarily removing Gerashchenko from meetings because she called the deputies "green men."
