12 September 201921.13 The body of a man in his 30s and 40s was recovered by the fire brigade in the Tiber in Rome. It emerged from the water at the Sublicio bridge, also known as the Aventine bridge or marble bridge, which connects piazza dell'Emporio to piazza di Porta Portese, in the heart of the capital. The man has not yet been identified. In recent days a man had been seen jumping off a bridge into the river near the Tiber Island, not far from the place of the discovery.
