Death threat Daniel Riazat (V) - now sentenced at age 65 for illegal threats

It was in December last year that the man, who is 65 years of age, threatened leftist parliamentary member Daniel Riazat from Falun via social media.

Now the man is sentenced by Södertörn's district court to day fines for illegal threats.

The man, according to the verdict, has on several occasions in 2018 written insulting messages to Riazat. In the last message in December 2018, he wrote "Head shot directly on parasites like you".

The man has admitted that he previously sent messages to Daniel Riazat, but has denied that he sent the last one, but the district court finds it unlikely that the last message would have been sent by someone else.

The man has also, according to the judgment, been previously convicted of sending messages with similar wording to another politician.
