“The statement is approved by the court,” RIA Novosti quoted the court ruling.
It is noted that earlier the Trump administration issued a decree according to which US authorities intend to deny the right to asylum on the southern border of the country with Mexico to those migrants who crossed the territory of another state before it passed.
It is also specified that seven judges spoke out in favor of the decree, two against it.
On July 17, the Pentagon allowed an additional military contingent to be sent to the border with Mexico.
