11 September 2019The documents of the Piacenza prosecutor's office investigating the crime of Elisa Pomarelli two text messages that the worker of 45 years, guilty confessed in prison, would have sent to put off investigations on the disappearance of the young woman. In those messages, one written, the other a vowel, Massimo apologizes to Elisa for a fight just before and then asks her to call him back.

The autopsy on the victim's body will be performed Thursday in Pavia. Meanwhile, the arrest was validated and the obligation to stay in the Municipality of Castell'Arquato for Silvio Perazzi, Sebastiani's ex-father-in-law, was accused of aiding and abetting.

There would also be a mysterious envelope, mentioned by Massimo Sebastiani in the interrogation. It would have been up to Elisa to report to Massimo, but the circumstance is still unclear, to have received the envelope in custody by a stranger for a few days, in exchange for a generous cash payment. What was inside the package, on whose existence there is no evidence, is a mystery. "If that thing goes through, there is no longer even the need to see each other so often to do these jobs," the 28-year-old told him after Sunday lunch, the last moment the two had been seen together before to disappear.

It was Sebastiani himself, when questioned, to report on this new detail. Attempts to throw off investigations are on the other hand. Two messages from Sebastiani's phone to Elisa's, on Sunday afternoon: "Sorry if I got angry but put yourself in the shoes of the facts" the first message. Then, a little later, a vowel: "Taty va beh answer when you can".

Investigators believe he had already gotten rid of Elisa's cell phone by throwing it into a well. Another element in the hands of the Piacenza Public Prosecutor's Office is a letter that Sebastiani wrote in his own hand, to his former father-in-law Silvio Perazzi. A letter in which, pointing to the mysterious envelope, he wanted to make us believe that Elisa had gone mad after the fight in the henhouse. In the letter Sebastiani writes that he had had a discussion with Elisa and that he had seen her leave home by hitchhiking. In the writing he also refers to the existence of an alleged envelope that Elisa would have received the day before being killed by a stranger at a party. Meanwhile, the lawyer Mauro Pontini, defender of the 45-year-old worker, announced the request for a psychiatric examination already in the preliminary investigation phase.
