It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Center for Seismology of Georgia.
It is noted that the first earthquake of magnitude 5.2 was recorded in Armenia, 8 km from the border with Georgia, at a depth of 10 km.
The Center also recorded another seismological event of magnitude 4.2, 5 km from the Georgian-Armenian border, at a depth of 5 km.
It was previously reported that in China, 28 people were affected by the earthquake.
