Emmanuel Macron visited Tuesday a job integration project by the economic activity (IAE) in the suburbs of Paris to take stock of the measures announced a year ago to fight against poverty.

During 1:30, the Head of State met the trainers and apprentices of Ateliers Sans Frontières (ASF) which welcomes in Bonneuil-sur-Marne (Val de Marne) more than 120 young people and adults per year to reach "to a stable personal and professional situation". They work in solidarity activities such as recycling, upgrading used equipment or logistics, including the sneakers of the young French company Veja, which manufactures ecological footwear in Brazil.

"ASF gave me a chance and gave me confidence after five years of unemployment," explained an apprentice. "Bravo, it's a great news," says Emmanuel Macron to a young woman showing him his new contract alternately.

ASF ensures in particular the storage and shipping in Europe of the sneakers of the young French company Veja, which manufactures ecological footwear in Brazil.

"Unemployment is falling but there is still a lot to do, we have the levers for that," said Labor Minister Muriel Pénicaud, then launching a "big debate" exchange with about 200 people, including apprentices and experts. social sector and integration, in a warehouse.

"When you know the galley or accidents of life, which can happen to everyone, insertion by the economy is a stepping stone to employment," she added, adding that more than 400,000 people were this year in training to find a job.

This meeting continued Tuesday early evening, Emmanuel Macron listening to several speakers before a possible speech.

Ms Pénicaud announced Tuesday morning that the budget for the IAE will pass the one billion euro mark in 2020 - against 900 million this year - to fund 20,000 additional jobs for people far removed from employment.
