Stefan Löfven (S) began his declaration of government with the importance of cooperation.

- Our task is to strengthen the country more strongly to cope with the change in a new era, he says.

He also delivered several heavy political messages at the formal opening of the parliamentary year on Tuesday. As SVT has previously experienced, it will be Ann Linde (S) who will take over as Foreign Minister when Margot Wallström resigns shortly.

Ann Linde is currently Minister of Foreign Trade. Previously, she has been EU minister and held various international duties for the Social Democrats, both in Sweden and at EU level.

From concealer to minister

Stefan Löfven also announced that the colleague Anna Hallberg, former Deputy CEO of the state investment company Almi Företagspartner, will be the new Minister of Foreign Trade. Anna Hallberg has also served on several boards and worked at SEB.

Nordmark new Labor Minister

TCO Chairman Eva Nordmark (S) was presented as the new Minister of Labor and Employment. She replaces the Social Democrats' Ylva Johansson, whom the government has previously nominated as Sweden's new EU Commissioner after Cecilia Malmström (L).

Eva Nordmark has been a member of Parliament from 1995 to 1998. For eight years, she has chaired the Official Central Organization, TCO.
