Algerian demonstrators called yesterday for the departure of Prime Minister Noureddine Badawi, denouncing his speeches on political affairs, especially in which he announced the recall of the electoral commission on September 15th.

Thousands of Algerians took to the streets of the capital yesterday, in a peaceful march to continue the student movement in its 29th week, chanting: «Free and democratic Algeria».

The demonstrators chanted slogan: "Civil disobedience is coming."

The media and political circles in Algeria were likely to announce the resignation of Noureddine Badawi in the next few days.

The constitutional expert, Fawzi Awsdeq, the resignation of the government of Badawi, before the 15th of this month, saying «legal assets and the requirements of the street, that the resignation before any action in the electoral process, as it is one of the recommendations issued by the street». Ousdiq added that the PA needs to prove its good will, and to absorb the rush of the movement, which has come back strongly with what is known as social entry in Algeria, as well as that the electoral body, which will be called will include figures of the movement, and therefore impossible to accept the step before the resignation of Badawi.
