Want to investigate the reception of new arrivals - challenges the Settlement Act

At the evening's municipal council in Sölvesborg, the co-operation's (SD, M, KD and SoL-party) programs were clubbed, reports P4 Blekinge.

The action program presents the political visions of the joint board for the term of office. Among other things, the program means that the municipality wants to investigate the possibility of stopping the reception of new arrivals.

So it is now to be considered whether the municipality of Sölvesborg can refuse to receive new arrivals, who are placed in Sölvesborg by the Migration Board. The municipality is thus challenging the Settlement Act, reports Ekot.
