"A blue boat in distress with about 30 people on board" was located "today at 1:20 pm" by Sea Watch's #Moonbird reconnaissance plane. "It is the second consecutive day with boats in difficulty off the coast of Libia - continues the tweet - and very few rescue boats capable of intervening".
