Polina Lysenkova from Volgograd was deprived of her disability after she turned 18 years old. Moreover, the diagnosis - mental retardation - has not disappeared. According to relatives, the commission for medical and social expertise decided that since the girl “doesn’t bite and is not socially dangerous”, she is quite able to find work and do without a pension. But they do not take her to work: she does not withstand competition with healthy job seekers, even in the specialties available to her. At the same time, it is impossible to oblige a company to employ a girl without a disabled status. Among other things, after the loss of disability, Polina and her family owed more than 25 thousand rubles to the state for utility services.
